No. A member or visitor can scan an enabled QR tag and report a problem in their phone’s browser. Your team signs in to manage equipment, assign work, and update records.
Yes. Import a CSV with equipment names and asset IDs, plus optional categories, locations, serial numbers, and notes. Preview the rows before importing. You can export your equipment and service history again.
No scanner is needed. Use a phone camera to open a QR link, and download A4 or Letter PDF label sheets to print. Choose label material suitable for your equipment and cleaning routine.
