GymTagOps helps teams organize equipment, report issues, and record maintenance. Workspace owners are responsible for their equipment, staff access, and the information they publish.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use an email address you control. Only invite people authorized to access your workplace records. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse public issue forms, or attempt to access another workspace.

Equipment care

Reminders and records support your existing maintenance process. Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable inspection requirements. A scan count or completed task is not a safety certification.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed per location through Lemon Squeezy. The price, applicable taxes, billing interval, and checkout terms are shown before purchase. Manage payment details and cancellations from the Billing page.

Your data

Your workspace retains ownership of its uploaded records. Owners and managers can export assets and maintenance history. If a subscription ends, operational changes may be restricted while records remain available to authorized users.
