GymTagOps stores the information needed to organize equipment and maintenance: account details, location records, equipment information, service records, issue reports, and team access.

Account access

You can sign in with Google or an email verification code. Google sign-in uses your name, email address, and profile image. GymTagOps does not request access to your Gmail inbox or Google Drive. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Public QR pages

Anyone with an enabled QR link can see the equipment details your workspace chooses to publish. Internal notes, staff names, and private photos are not included. Public issue forms can collect the name and email you choose to provide.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and its data. Configured email providers deliver sign-in codes, invitations, and reminders. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and subscription management; GymTagOps does not store payment card details.

Scan activity

GymTagOps counts scans to help workspace teams understand usage. Short-lived hashed identifiers reduce repeat counting; these are not used for cross-site advertising.

Your records

Workspace owners and managers can export equipment and service history. For access corrections, deletion requests, or questions about a location’s records, contact that workspace’s owner. Workspace access is controlled by the owner.
